ERS certifies that all our products are inspected in our plant by our experienced Inspectors prior to shipping and is free from defects such as cracking, staining and chipping.

If any crack, chip or other problems found when customers receive the products or damage because of poor packing, ERS will take responsibility and make replacement for free after receipt of photos.
